One Week use of MOPED #001. A powered two-wheeled vehicle that does not exceed 50 kph (30 mph) on a level surface and does not have an engine larger than 49 cubic centimeters (CC). Operators of a moped must complete the JKO PTD training. Additionally, they must obtain the following: (1) USFK Form 134EK; and (2) ROK Vehicle registration. NOTE: Motorcycle Safety Foundation (MSF) Course is NOT required. Liability insurance is provided.
MOPED #001 (Week)
The moped must be returned to the same designated pickup location from which it was rented. Return must occur by 12:00 PM (noon) on the final day of the rental term.
The renter agrees to operate the moped safely, responsibly, and in accordance with all applicable rules. The renter is fully responsible for the scooter during the rental period and assumes liability for any loss, theft, damage, or injury resulting from its use. ZÜMI is not liable for any accidents, injuries, or property damage incurred during the rental.
